We begin with a comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, and any previous laboratory testing or imaging you have completed. Together, we identify patterns, discuss your health goals, and determine whether additional testing may help fill in any missing pieces. This visit allows us to begin creating a clearer picture of your health and determine whether we are the right fit to work together.
Step 2
Comprehensive Lab Review & Roadmap
60 Minutes
If additional testing is recommended, we meet to thoroughly review your results together. My goal is to ensure you not only receive answers, but truly understand what your labs are telling us about your health. This visit is where we connect the dots, identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms, and develop a comprehensive roadmap for healing. Based on these findings, we also establish realistic expectations regarding your timeline of care.
Step 3
Personalized Wellness Program
4 Months or 6 Months
Healing is rarely achieved through a single appointment or treatment plan. Based on your individual needs, we work together over four to six months, meeting every two weeks to track progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and thoughtfully adjust your plan as your body responds.
